It all starts with the quality of our food. At Anaviv, we are always striving to make our menus delicious, beautiful and healthy. Our first step is to understand your needs and taste preferences. We take pride in being able to accommodate all requests ranging from vegan, kosher, to gluten-free. Each one of our menus is custom designed to your needs — no cookie cutter menus. We cook to the seasons: we curate menus based on what is seasonally at its best and you will see our chefs at the farmer’s market each week looking for what is fresh. We honor passion and creativity in each of our chefs and you can see and taste the difference in our food.
